Returns Policy
All products in stock www.kasiawojcik.com are made specifically for the customer based on the model available on our website.
If you want to customize the product and make changes f.e. to the length of a necklace, please contact Kasia Wójcik by e-mail or phone number. If you change the product the price may vary.
As each item is handmade and it can be slightly different from the model presented on the website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know at kasia@kasiawojcik.com. Each case will be considered individually.
We pack the product in such a way as to minimize the risk of damage in transport, but in case the parcel is damaged, please contact us.

Payment
Payment shall be made when placing the order through eService or with the transfer.

The customer will be charged with the cost of shipping, depending on the destination.
The contract is executed upon receipt of the payment.

Shipment
We make our unique and personalized pieces to order. It can take from 2 to 5 working days to ship your items since placing an order. In special cases delivery time may be longer - in this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
We do jewelry by hand and we take care to all details. It is not a mass production. 

We ship worldwide and we send items with Royal Secured and Valued Air Mail International (It can take from 3-7 working days to reach you. Depending on the destination). 
International orders may be subject to import taxes and fees payable at time of delivery. These fees are not refundable.
